How soon can I expect delivery?

Delivery is currently free of charge on all items/accumulated items over ?250 sold on the site.
We dispatch our orders using two couriers

Royal Mail, All orders up to 4kg in weight will be dispatched by royal mail recorded delivery

Fed Ex All orders over 4kg will be dispatched by Fed Ex. You will be able to track your delivery

All orders will be sent out the next working day after payment is received

All items on our Web Site are in stock

Delivery of all products is within the UK mainland only. In an order containing multiple product types, each product may be despatched separately and therefore delivery of all products cannot be guaranteed on the same day even where an order requests several different products to be sent to the same address.

Delivery of Goods - Signature Required

If the recipient is in, our carrier will always ask for a signature. If no-one is at home, the carrier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged.

Totally Active takes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of any goods once they have been signed for. Any discrepancy between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered, including non-delivery, must be reported to Totally Active within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery Guarantees

We will make every effort to deliver your goods promptly and efficiently. However, we rely on the Royal Mail and Fed Ex services, and cannot guarantee they will meet deadlines.

The following post codes are excluded from our free delivery scheme and additional charges may be made to deliver to these areas. Please check on the postage cost stated in the check out area of our web site before making payment
